Who Is The Holy Spirit

Day 1- Read John 14:15-17, 26 and John 16:7-15

Write down anything that you learn about the Holy Spirit from these passages.

Day 2- Read Hebrews 9:14, 2 Corinthians 6:11 and 2 Corinthians 3:17-18

How is the Spirit described in these passages?
Does the Spirit have the same attributes as God?

Day 3- Read Romans 8:14 and Titus 3:5

What do these verses say about the Holy Spirit?

Day 4- WHO IS THE HOLY SPIRIT? IS THE HOLY SPIRIT GOD?

Spend some time today writing out what you believe and why. Take the time to look up more verses to help you. Write down any questions you still have and take the time to ask someone, whose faith you look up to, for help.

Day 5- APPLY IT.

Read back through what you believe.
Do you believe in the Holy Spirit?
How does the Holy Spirit guide you?

Ephesians 1:13, 4:30 and 2 Corinthians 1:22 tell us that if you believe in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you are sealed by the Holy Spirit. What does that mean? A seal, in the old days, was what a family used to stamp important documents and important letters. They did this so people would know where the letter came from. If you wore that seal, it meant you were a part of that family. The Holy Spirit in you makes it known that you are a part of God’s family… forever.
