Day 1- Read Genesis 2:15-17

Take notes of all God gave Adam and Eve.
Also, take notes of what they were asked to do and not to do.

Day 2- Read Genesis 3:1-13

How did Satan lie to Adam and Eve? How were they tempted?
What did they do after they ate the fruit off the tree? Did God give Adam and Eve a reason to not trust Him? Why did Adam and Eve try to hide from God? Did it work?

Day 3- Read Genesis 3:1-13

Take notes of what happen in these verses. Read Isaiah 59:2.
How can this verse help you understand why Adam and Eve were kicked out of Eden?

DIG DEEPER

There is only one man who did not sin… Jesus. Like Adam and Eve, Satan directly tempted Him. But unlike Adam and Eve, Jesus passed the test. Read about it in Matthew 4:1-11. What was Jesus’ strategy to fight temptation?

Day 4- HOW DID SIN GET INTO THE WORLD?

Spend some time today writing out what you believe and why. Take the time to look up more verses to help you. Write down any questions you still have.

Day 5- APPLY IT.

Read back through what you wrote about what you believe.
