Day 1- DON’T BE CONFORMED

Read Romans 12:1-2
Why does God want you to be transformed by Him instead of conformed to the world.
What are some ways you are conforming to the world?
Do you have confidence in God to stop conforming to the world? Why or why not?

Day 2- CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COURSE

Read Ephesians 2:1-3
What is the course or “path” of the world?
Before believing in Christ, how were you walking in the ways of the world?
Are you confident that God’s “course” is better than the world’s?

Day 3- DON’T LOVE THE THINGS OF THE WORLD

Read 1 John 2:15-17
If you love the world, then what are you loving instead of God?
Why doesn’t God want you to value the things of the world?
Do you value the things of the world more than God?

DIG DEEPER

Jesus is the prime example of how to love people of the world. Tax collectors were enemies of God’s people because they were cheating them. Jesus loved His enemies, and it changed them. Read Luke 19:1-10

Day 4- LOVE THE PEOPLE IN THE WORLD

Read Genesis 16:1-6
How does God show His love for the world?

Read Luke 6:27-30
How does God want you to love all people, even those conformed by the world?

Read 2 Timothy 4:2 and memorize it
Does God want you to share Christ with people of the world?
Do you have confidence in God to share Him with others?

God tells us why the world is against those who are confident followers of Christ.
Has this ever happened to you or anyone you know?
Do you have confidence in God to stand strong? Why?
