Psalm 145: 18 & 19

“The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth. He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He will also hear their cry and will save them.”

Jeremiah 29:11

“’For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and hope.’”

Psalm 91:14-16

“Because he has loved Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him securely on high, because he has known My name. He will call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will rescue him and honor him. With a long life I will satisfy him and let him see My salvation.”

Active belief and pursuit of God is walking in step.  God is near when “call upon Him” (Psalm 145), we must fight our unbelief that He is far off, far off and not intimately involved with us.
