Good leaders can help people do great things. God can use a leader to help His people turn away from evil and follow Him. How can you be a leader for the Lord in your school or with your friends?

What were God’s people like in this passage?
How was God faithful to His people, even though they were not faithful to Him?

Day 3 – YOU GO GIRL 

Read Judges 4 and 5:31
How did God use a woman to help His people?
Women were not seen as leaders in this time in history, but God chooses the most unlikely people to do His work.
How does Deborah’s story encourage you?

Day 4 – I AM NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Read Exodus 14:14
Why did Gideon think he wasn’t good enough for what God wanted him to do?
Have you ever felt like you were not good enough for God to use you for His work? Why?
If God can use Gideon, who was a nobody in the eyes of the world, He can use you. Do you believe this?

Day 5 – 300 MEN ARMY

Read Judges 6:36-7:25
God has shown you that He uses unlikely people for His will. Today, He shows you He can use unlikely circumstances to show how great He is.
What happened here?
Do you, like Gideon, have faith in God, no matter the circumstances?

B&B – BIGGER AND BETTER

God has spent His entire existence choosing to do awesome things through normal, ordinary people. King David was not always a king. In fact, Samuel the prophet thought God would choose David’s brother based on how he looked. Read 1 Samuel 16:7. What matters the most to the Lord is the heart. Does image or heart matter to you?
