2 Corinthians 4:8-10

“We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not despairing; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed; always carrying about in the body the dying of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body.”

What is this verse saying to you in the challenges you are facing today? What does it mean to you to experience in your body the dying of Jesus so that the life of Jesus might be more apparent in your body and mind?

You get to truly be an image bearer (Genesis 1:26-27).  Just as Jesus suffered well, because He knew how it all ends, we can too!  We can die to the comfort of this world because Christ gives us all comfort!  We suffer so others can see Jesus.
