Living I'm Third
Keith Chancey, Director of K-Seven, Kanakuk’s 1-week Kamp for 13-18 year olds, explains what it means to live an “I’m Third” life. He shares that when we begin to put others before ourselves, people begin to want to hear what we have to say. It is through these opportunities to put God first, other’s second, and ourselves third, that we can share the life changing gospel of Jesus with others.
Living in Purity
Don Ford, Director of K-2, Kanakuk’s 2-week and 4-week Kamp for 13-18 year olds, encourages us to live to a godly standard of purity that contrasts the world’s standard of purity.
Is the Bible True?
Chad Hampsch, Assistant Director of K-Seven, Kanakuk’s 1-week Kamp for Jr. High and High School students, challenges us to trust in the authenticity of the scriptures. He teaches us that the Bible never claims to be a book written by man, but instead a book written by God through man.

True friends have permission to speak truth into each others’ lives, and they are willing to point each other back to a way of living that brings glory and honor to Christ.

Lindsay Rother, Women’s Director at K-West, Kanakuk’s 2-week Kamp for Jr. High students, Charges us with the reality that who we are today is determining who we become tomorrow. She teaches that purity is not just about our actions but also about our thoughts, and motives, and emotions.
How to Serve Others
Kevin Smith, Men’s Director of Kanakuk Link Year, teaches us that the prime example of a servant leader in the Bible is Jesus. In this video, Kevin shares what it looks like to serve in our homes, neighborhoods, and community at large. He shares that God’s love is on display every time we serve on another.
Purity in Christ
Geoff Todd, Director of K-Kauai, Kanakuk’s 1-Week Family Kamp reminds us of the “fresh fallen snow” that is God’s mercy, grace, truth, and forgiveness that is new and available to us each and every morning. He encourages us that the purity that God offers isn’t reserved for those who don’t make mistakes. It’s actually what offers hope to those that do.
Being Bold in your Faith
Shay Robbins, Director of K-1, Kanakuk’s 2-week and 4-week Kamp for ages 6-13, shares about how being an ambassador for Christ causes our faith to flourish and then the exciting adventure of following Jesus comes to life. Shay charges us to wake up and live every single day on mission.
