In the next couple of months you will be reading about Paul. Paul is an excellent example of discipleship. He was taught by the disciples after his conversion and he spent a lifetime discipling others. He traveled the world to bring the message of the Gospel but many times he stayed with a church or community for a length of time to show them how to live for Christ. Many of the verses you have read this month have come from those letters, which he wrote because God prompted to encourage, rebuke or teach those he had already shared the Gospel with. Today you are going to read part of his letter to the Thessalonians.
