Day 1- GOALS FOR YOUR MOTIVES
Write three motives that you want to guide your actions.
(You can write more down, but remember, you want to make your goals attainable)
Day 2- GOALS FOR YOUR THOUGHTS
Think about what your friends and family would see if they could see or read your thoughts at any given time. Write out what you would want them to see if they could read your mind. What are three goals to make this happen?
Day 3- GOALS FOR YOUR EYES AND EARS
Instead of listing what you shouldn’t see or hear make a list of things that you think you should see and hear and brainstorm a few ideas how you could “see “ or “hear” it. For example, if you want to see how blessed you are then maybe you should serve at a homeless shelter. Choose things that will strengthen your confidence in God. Sometimes, committing to what you should put before your eyes and ears will give you no time or desire to let the junk in.
Day 4- GOALS FOR YOUR TONGUE
Write 3-5 things you want to accomplish when words come out of your mouth.
For example, ”I want my words to encourage others”. Instead of focusing on the bad your tongue can do… focus on the good it has the potential to do.

Day 5- ACCOUNTABILITY
Read Hebrews 10:24-25
God values community and knows that friends and family can help keep you accountable. This will be challenging but go back to Day 5 of last week and look through what you decided needed to be cut out of your life. It’s time to tell someone. Pray about who, but look for a person who will help you stay away from sin, not encourage you to do it. You need to ask a person who won’t be afraid to say the tough words needed in a loving way. Spend some time in prayer, write a few names down, and then go ask them to keep you accountable.
